We would request payment in full for the Wine Tasting Dinner at the time of booking.  If you are staying the night, we will take a non-refundable booking deposit of £25 per person, with the balance for your dinner, accommodation charges and any extras payable on departure. We are pleased to cater for special dietary requirements with advance notice. Please ask us if you need to know more about the ingredients we use.
