We’re a busy team here at the Two Bridges Hotel, and we are always on the look-out for new team-players who share our passion for great customer service, fabulous surroundings, hard work, and a little fun! Chefs (all levels)

Duty Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality all-rounder to join our professional team. As Duty Manager you will lead the front-of-house team in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. You will be responsible for managing the service in our restaurant, bar, lounges and function rooms, so you will need to demonstrate that you have good knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, with solid experience in customer service and problem solving. Some experience in a supervisory role would also be advantageous. Five shifts per week, across 7 days, with a combination of earlies and lates, and one or two sleeping overnight manager duties per week.

Waiting Staff

Full-time and part-time vacancies in our front-of-house team, providing exceptional customer service for our hotel guests and visitors. You’ll be serving food and drinks in our restaurant, bar and gardens, ensuring every customer has an enjoyable and memorable visit.  Previous experience isn’t essential – but you’ll need to be a people-person, and be ready for hard but enjoyable teamwork in our glorious Dartmoor setting.
